I handed out grade report sheets for the assignments completed so far for quarter 3 and returned work that was handed in just before vacation.
We then reviewed the work we will be doing for the Public Figure Project using an informational sheet that I handed out in class. This lead us into a review of summary and then discussion about what good use of paraphrase and quotation involves. In the last five minutes of class, people used the informational sheets from class to write a found poem describing how to quote or paraphrase correctly (depending on which sheet they were using).

Homework:
Prepare for the set 10 roots and prefixes quiz (rescheduled from Thursday 2/13).
If you did not yet complete your notecards with three sentences that summarize each source, do so for homework.
Revise or complete any assignments as necessary.
